Inactive ingredients include D&C yellow No. 10, FD&C blue No. 1, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, povidone and sodium starch glycolate.
The chemical name of norethindrone is 17-hydroxy-19-nor-17α-pregn-4-en-20-yn-3-one. It has a molecular formula of C20H26O2 and a molecular weight of 298.4.

Jencycla Tablets are available in a blister (NDC 68180-877-71) containing 28 tablets. Such three blisters are packaged in a carton (NDC 68180-877-73).
