Fosamprenavir in combination with low dose ritonavir is indicated for the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) infected adults and adolescents in combination with other antiretroviral medicinal products.

The recommended dose is 700 mg fosamprenavir twice daily with 100 mg ritonavir twice daily.
Fosamprenavir can be taken with or without food.
