10 mg twice daily or 20 mg 1-2 times daily

Dosage regimens

Regimen A: Oral, 10 milligrams nitrendipine, 2 times daily to meals. The maximum allowed total dose is 40 milligrams nitrendipine daily.

Regimen B: Oral, 20 milligrams nitrendipine, once daily to breakfast. The maximum allowed total dose is 40 milligrams nitrendipine daily.

Regimen C: Oral, 20 milligrams nitrendipine, 2 times daily to meals. The maximum allowed total dose is 40 milligrams nitrendipine daily.

Dosage considerations

It should be taken after meals.

DO NOT use grapefruit juice.
