Atogepant is indicated for acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults.

For:
Oral, 60 milligrams atogepant, one dose.
For acute treatment of migraine as needed, the recommended dose is 60 mg atogepant.
The maximum dose per day is 60 mg atogepant.

Population pharmacokinetic modelling suggests no clinically significant pharmacokinetic differences between elderly and younger subjects. No dose adjustment is needed in elderly patients.
