Detailed description

4.2 mg every 28 days. For the treatment of uterine fibroids the treatment must be initiated in the first five days of the cycle. The maximum duration of treatment should be 6 months. For patients with uterine fibroids triptorelin should be administered for a minimum of 3 months.

Active ingredient

Triptorelin is a decapeptide analogue of GnRH which initially stimulates release of pituitary gonadotropins.
