Active ingredients in V09E

Active Ingredient

Technetium ⁹⁹ᵐTc macrosalb is for diagnostic use only. It is used for pulmonary perfusion scintigraphy and radionuclide venography. When administered in usual doses, technetium [99mTc] macrosalb injection shows no pharmacodynamic effects detectable clinically or/and analytically.

Technetium-99m technegas is used for the scintigraphy of alveolar spaces, in particular in the context of the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. In the concentrations used for diagnostic examinations, technegas is an inert suspension and has no pharmacological effect.
