Oral, between 500 milligrams acetylsalicylic acid and 1,000 milligrams acetylsalicylic acid, one dose. Afterwards, oral, in total between 500 milligrams acetylsalicylic acid and 4,000 milligrams acetylsalicylic acid, daily. The maximum allowed total dose is 4,000 milligrams acetylsalicylic acid daily.
500-1,000 mg as a single dose which may be repeated as needed after an interval of at least 4 hours. The maximum daily dose of 4 g should not be exceeded.
