Dosage regimens

Oral, 200 milligrams orphenadrine, divided daily, 2 doses in total. The maximum allowed total dose is 300 milligrams orphenadrine daily.

60 mg once

For:

Dosage regimens

Intravenous, 60 milligrams orphenadrine, 1 to 2 doses in total.

120 mg once

For:

Dosage regimens

Intramuscular, 60 milligrams orphenadrine, 1 to 2 doses in total.

Orphenadrine

Orphenadrine, which is a congener of diphenhydramine without sharing its soporific effect, is an anti-muscarinic agent. Orphenadrine is used as the hydrochloride in the symptomatic treatment of Parkinsonism.
