Dosage regimens

Oral, 10 milligrams clomipramine, once daily. Afterwards, oral, between 10 milligrams clomipramine and 50 milligrams clomipramine, once daily.

Detailed description

Initially 10 mg, increasing to 50 mg daily. Control of cataplexy should be achieved within 24 hours of reaching optimal dose.
