Candesartan and Amlodipine

Therapeutic indications

Candesartan and Amlodipine is indicated for:

Essential hypertension

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Candesartan/amlodipine combination is indicated for treatment of essential hypertension as substitution therapy in adult patients whose blood pressure is already adequately controlled with the individual components given concurrently at the same dose levels as in the fixed combination, but as separate medicines.

Contraindications

Candesartan and Amlodipine is contraindicated in the following cases:

Pregnancy

Pregnancy

Biliary obstructive disorders

Obstruction of bile duct

Severe hepatic impairment, cholestasis

at least one of
Hepatic failure stage IV
Cholestasis
