Carvedilol and Ivabradine

Therapeutic indications

Carvedilol and Ivabradine is indicated for:

Chronic stable angina pectoris in coronary artery disease patients

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Carvedilol/ivabradine combination is indicated as substitution therapy in adult patients with normal sinus rhythm already controlled by ivabradine and carvedilol taken concomitantly at the same doses level for the symptomatic treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris in coronary artery disease patients.

Chronic heart failure with systolic dysfunction

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Carvedilol/ivabradine combination is indicated as substitution therapy in adult patients with normal sinus rhythm already controlled by ivabradine and carvedilol taken concomitantly at the same doses level for the treatment of chronic heart failure (II-IV NYHA-class) with systolic dysfunction.

Pregnancy

Severe hepatic impairment

Hepatic failure stage IV
