Clemastine should not be given during breast-feeding.

Effects on ability to drive and use machines

Clemastine has moderate influence on the ability to drive and use machines, due to the antihistamine sedative effect of clemastine, however, patients should be warned not to take charge of vehicles or machinery until the effect of clemastine treatment on the individual is known.
