Delapril and Manidipine

Therapeutic indications

Delapril and Manidipine is indicated for:

Essential hypertension

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Delapril/manidipine fixed dose combination is indicated in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on delapril or manidipine alone.

Contraindications

Delapril and Manidipine is contraindicated in the following cases:

Pregnancy

Pregnancy

Severe hepatic impairment

Hepatic failure stage IV

Severe renal failure

Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)

History of angioneurotic oedema associated with previous ACE inhibitor therapy

ACE inhibitor-aggravated angio-oedema

Hereditary or idiopathic angioneurotic oedema

at least one of
Hereditary angioneurotic edema
Idiopathic angio-oedema

Kidney transplantation

Transplant of kidney

Bilateral renal artery stenosis or unilateral renal stenosis in cases of a solitary kidney

RAS - Renal artery stenosis

Hemodynamically relevant aortic and mitral valve stenosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

at least one of
Aortic valve stenosis
Mitral valve stenosis
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Cardiogenic shock

Cardiogenic shock

Primary hyperaldosteronism

Primary hyperaldosteronism

Aliskiren in diabetes mellitus or renal impairment

Aliskiren and additionally at least one of
Diabetes mellitus



Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)

Sacubitril/valsartan

Valsartan and sacubitril
