Dordaviprone is a protease activator of the mitochondrial caseinolytic protease P (ClpP). Dordaviprone also inhibits the dopamine D2 receptor. Dordaviprone exhibited antitumor activity in cell-based assays and in vivo models of H3 K27M-mutant diffuse glioma.
