Therapeutic indications

Follitropin delta is indicated for:

Controlled ovarian stimulation

Population group: women, only adults (18 - 65 years old)

Controlled ovarian stimulation for the development of multiple follicles in women undergoing assisted reproductive technologies (ART) such as an in vitro fertilisation (IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) cycle.

Contraindications

Follitropin delta is contraindicated in the following cases:

Tumours of the hypothalamus, tumours of pituitary gland

Tumor of hypothalamus
Neoplasm of pituitary gland

Ovarian enlargement, ovarian cyst

Ovarian cyst and additionally not Polycystic ovary

Gynaecological haemorrhages

Genitourinary tract hemorrhage

Ovarian, uterine, mammary carcinoma

Malignant tumour of ovary
Malignant neoplasm of uterus
Malignant tumor of breast

Primary ovarian failure

Primary ovarian failure

Malformations of sexual organs

Congenital malformation of uterus and cervix

Fibroid tumours of the uterus

Uterine leiomyoma
