Iloprost is indicated for:

Primary pulmonary hypertension, classified as NYHA functional class III

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Treatment of adult patients with primary pulmonary hypertension, classified as NYHA functional class III, to improve exercise capacity and symptoms.

Severe chronic ischaemia of lower limbs

Population group: only adults (18 - 65 years old)

Treatment of severe chronic ischaemia of lower limbs in patients at risk of amputation, in whom surgical revascularisation or angioplasty has failed or is not indicated, following an interdisciplinary meeting of physicians, surgeons and radiologists.
