Myasthenic syndromes in endocrine diseases
Other myasthenic syndromes in neoplastic disease
Myasthenic syndromes in other diseases classified elsewhere
Transient neonatal myasthenia gravis
Atrioventricular and left bundle-branch block
Renal failure
Bradycardia
