Therapeutic indications

Obecabtagene autoleucel is indicated for:

B cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (B ALL)

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Obecabtagene autoleucel is indicated for the treatment of adult patients 26 years of age and above with relapsed or refractory (r/r) B cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (B ALL).

Contraindications

Obecabtagene autoleucel is contraindicated in the following cases:

Clinically significant active systemic infections

Infectious disease

Blood, organ, tissue and cell donation

at least one of
Blood unit collection
Organ retrieval operation
Transplantation
