Contraindications

Olmesartan medoxomil is contraindicated in the following cases:

Aliskiren in diabetes mellitus or renal impairment with a GFR <60 mL/min/1.73 m²

Aliskiren and additionally at least one of

Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)
