Perindopril, Amlodipine and Indapamide

Therapeutic indications

Perindopril, Amlodipine and Indapamide is indicated for:

Essential hypertension

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Perindopril/indapamide/amlodipine combination is indicated as substitution therapy for treatment of essential hypertension, in patients already controlled with perindopril/indapamide fixed dose combination and amlodipine, taken at the same dose level.

Contraindications

Perindopril, Amlodipine and Indapamide is contraindicated in the following cases:

Pregnancy

Pregnancy

Lactation

Decompensated heart failure

Decompensated cardiac failure

Moderate renal impairment for specific doses

Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)
