Contraindications

Regadenoson is contraindicated in the following cases:

Decompensated states of heart failure

Decompensated chronic heart failure

Severe hypotension

Hypotension

Unstable angina

Preinfarction syndrome

Second or third degree atrioventricular (AV) block, sinus node dysfunction

Second degree atrioventricular block
Complete atrioventricular block
Coronary sinus rhythm disorder
