Therapeutic indications

Resmetirom is indicated for:

Noncirrhotic metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Resmetirom is indicated in conjunction with diet and exercise for the treatment of adults with noncirrhotic metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis (fibrosis stages F2 to F3).

For patients weighting <100 kg 80 mg once daily and for patients weighting ≥100 kg 100 mg once daily
