Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Contraindications

Reviparin is contraindicated in the following cases:

Haemorrhage

Bleeding

Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 30ml/minute)

at least one of

Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)

Lumbar puncture, spinal anaesthesia, epidural anaesthesia

at least one of
Lumbar puncture
Spinal block
Epidural anesthesia
