Therapeutic indications

Trospium is indicated for:

Overactive bladder

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Symptomatic treatment of urge incontinence and/or increased urinary frequency and urgency as may occur in patients with overactive bladder (e.g. idiopathic or neurologic detrusor overactivity).

Trospium is contraindicated in the following cases:

Urinary retention, toxic megacolon, myasthenia gravis, narrow-angle glaucoma, tachyarrhythmia
