Nasal congestion, Rhinitis, Sinusitis and Post-operative or Post-traumatic inflammations of the upper respiratory tract.
Adults and Children over 6 years: 2-3 drops of the nasal drops or 1 squeeze with the nasal spray, deep into each nostril, 3-4 times daily.
Children up to 6 years: 1-2 drops of the nasal drops or 1 squeeze with the nasal spray into each nostril, 2-3 times daily.
Infants: 1 drop of the nasal drops or 1 squeeze with the nasal spray, 1-2 times daily.
Not to be used in infants less than 3 months of age.
No cases of overdosage in adults have yet been reported. In case of excessive dosage of xylometazoline in children may cause acceleration and irregularity of the pulse, elevated blood pressure or CNS depression. There is no specific treatment and appropriate supportive treatment should be initiate.

Instructions for using the spray.
Remove the protecting cap. Before the first use, the microdoser should be primed by pumping it several times; this will charge the doser. The spray is then ready for subsequent administrations. During the application, the bottle should be held in an upright (vertical) position.
Introduce the spray nozzle into the nostril and squeeze firmly once. Then remove the spray nozzle before releasing the pressure. To promote proper distribution of the mist, gently breath in through your nose during the application.
Replace the protective cap after each use.
