Therapeutic Indications
Brivudine is indicated for:
at least one of
Zoster [herpes zoster]
Human herpesvirus 3
and additionally at least one of
Human herpesvirus 3
Immunodeficiency with predominantly antibody defects
Severe combined immunodeficiency [SCID] with reticular dysgenesis
Severe combined immunodeficiency [SCID] with low T- and B-cell numbers
Severe combined immunodeficiency [SCID] with low or normal B-cell numbers
Other combined immunodeficiencies
Combined immunodeficiency, unspecified
Immunodeficiency associated with other major defects
Common variable immunodeficiency
Other immunodeficiencies
