Ramipril, Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide

Interactions

Ramipril, Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide interacts in the following cases:

Mild renal impairment, moderate renal impairment, hemodialysis

  • If creatinine clearance is ≥60 ml/min, the maximum daily dose of ramipril/amlodipine/hydrochlorothiazide is 10 mg/10 mg/25 mg.
  • If creatinine clearance is between 30-60 ml/min, the maximum daily dose of ramipril/amlodipine/hydrochlorothiazide is 5 mg/10 mg/25 mg.
  • In patients on hemodialysis the maximum daily dose is 5 mg/10 mg/25 mg. Administration should be done a few hours after hemodialysis.
