Therapeutic indications

Ramipril, Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide is indicated for:

Hypertension

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

The fixed-dose combination of ramipril/amlodipine/hydrochlorothiazide is indicated for the treatment of hypertension as replacement therapy in patients adequately controlled with the individual components, administered simultaneously at the same dose level as in the combination, but as separate tablets.

Contraindications

Ramipril, Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide is contraindicated in the following cases:

Lactation

Lactation

Hepatic impairment

Hepatic insufficiency

Severe renal impairment

at least one of

Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)

Combination with angiotensin II receptor antagonists in patients with diabetic nephropathy

Angiotensin II antagonists, plain and additionally Diabetic renal disease
