Indapamide

Active ingredient description

Indapamide is a non-thiazide sulphonamide with an indole ring, belonging to the diuretic family. Indapamide reduces vascular hyperactivity to noradrenaline in hypertensive patients and decreases total peripheral resistance and arteriolar resistance.
